TRASHDENSRent a Den

Terms

Terms

These cover the site and your reservation thread. The rental itself is governed by the Den Rental Agreement you sign at check-in, and where the two disagree about the rental, the agreement wins.

What these terms are

These terms govern your use of the TrashDens website and reservation thread. The rental itself is governed by the Den Rental Agreement you sign at check-in, which is the controlling document for anything to do with the equipment.

Where these terms and the rental agreement disagree about the rental, the rental agreement wins.

Who can book

You must be 18 or older, able to enter a binding contract, and renting to an address within Metro Atlanta, Georgia.

The information you give us has to be accurate. The address you enter is where the Den is delivered and collected from.

Reserving and paying

A reservation is held once payment is confirmed, not when the form is submitted.

A refundable deposit is authorised at booking. It is a damage hold, it is not a fee, and it is released when the rental closes without a claim against it.

Final delivery, disposal and tax pricing is confirmed before it is charged. Nothing is charged beyond what you have been shown and agreed to.

Cancelling

A cancellation is refundable within 24 hours of the reservation being paid. If the reservation is made less than 24 hours before the delivery window starts, that period is one hour from the time it is paid instead.

After the applicable window the rental is non-refundable. The refundable deposit is released on every cancellation either way, because it is a damage hold against a rental that did not happen.

The window that applies to your reservation, and the exact time it closes, is shown to you before you pay.

Check-in and identity

Before a Den is delivered you must complete check-in: identity documents, a selfie, the signed rental agreement, and photographs of the placement.

We may decline or reverse a booking if identity cannot be confirmed, if the documents supplied are unreadable, or if the details do not match the person renting.

Using the Den

The Den stays where it was placed. It cannot be towed, moved, relocated, lent, or sublet.

It cannot be used for construction or renovation debris, oversized debris that will not fit through the loading door, or appliances of any kind. The full prohibited-materials list is in the rental agreement.

You are responsible for keeping the placement spot reachable for pickup.

Your reservation thread

Your secure link is how you reach your reservation. Anyone holding that link can act on the reservation, so treat it the way you would treat a key.

You can invite a co-organizer. What they are allowed to do depends on the access level you give them, and you remain responsible for the reservation.

Do not upload anything to the thread that you do not have the right to share.

When we can end a rental

We can refuse delivery, move a placement on arrival, or end a rental early where the placement is unsafe or unauthorised, where prohibited material has been loaded, or where continuing would put a person or the equipment at risk.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Georgia or federal law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
